very seamless and we didn't face any issues during our stay. Ground teams at Singapore were very co operative. However, the Malaysian teams, were little late in contacting . However would suggest that more details could be added on the route and areas to visit in a particular sight seeing spot for more comfortable stay. The Local Singapore City tour was not great. Like to thank Ms Anjali Gupta and Mr. Sheel  for their prompt response and help whenever needed.
